Arena Beat Battle was designed with a privacy by design approach. The calculator runs entirely client-side: none of the data you enter (number of streams, artist type, split, etc.) is sent to our servers or stored.

The only data that may be processed is:

• Technical connection data (anonymized IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for audience measurement and security purposes.
• Contact data if you email us (your email address and the content of the message).
• Anonymized audience measurement data, only after your explicit consent.

• Site operation — legitimate interest.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest.
• Anonymized audience measurement — consent.
• Responding to your email requests — performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.

• Technical logs: maximum 12 months.
• Audience measurement cookies: maximum 13 months.
• Email correspondence: 3 years after the last exchange.

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical subcontractors (Cloudflare hosting, analytics tools) strictly within the scope of the service. These subcontractors are bound by confidentiality commitments compliant with GDPR.

Some subcontractors may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or any other GDPR-compliant mechanism.

In accordance with the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:

• Right to restriction and objection to processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time
